News at Seven is a new way to broadcast the news featuring a virtual avatar who broadcasts the latest news stories of the day in videos that were upload to YouTube and then embedded onto the site. According to News at Seven’s official web site:

It finds the news you are interested in; edits it; finds relevant images, videos, and external opinions; and then presents it all using a virtual news team working in a virtual studio. The concept is definitely unique, but won’t stick. After all, who wants a virtual avatar bringing us what happened around the world today.
